  TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Shoppers beware, do not shop there. Store is filled with dishonest salesman that are merely out to cheat you. We went there to purchase a sofa for our Living Room. We told the salesman, Jimmy, that we have very limited space to work with. We gave Jimmy the dimensions of our room, and he brought us to a very a nice looking leather gray sofa. Jimmy assured us it will fit in the space, and since it was floor model, the cost was reduced significantly. We thoroughly checked the sofa to ensure it was free from defects, especially since there were a lot of mechanics in it. Each piece worked, and we pleaded with Jimmy to take it off the floor when we left so that it would stay working when it arrived to us. He assured us he would, and we therefore purchased the sofa. To our dismay, when it arrived a few weeks later, it wasn't even close to fitting in the space, the delivery man saw that right away...and some of the mechanics were broken. I called the store, and Jimmy was like ooops, sorry, I forget to factor in the depth of the sofa and only calculated the length. Oops! That is all you have to say, oops?! You sell us a non-refundable item, and that is all you have to say, oops?! Isn't this your profession, Jimmy?! We spoke to the manager, and after lots of back and forth, with very irrational people, all they were willing to do was refund us 1k of the 3k purchase price, and to pick up the sofa. In other words, we, the customers, would be out 2k, with no product. How ridiculous is that?! We clearly did not accept the offer, luckily we purchased the warranty, which we're truly hoping functions better than the store.. We WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, AND we CAUTION YOU NOT TO AS WELL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, feel completely cheated.
