I was looking for a hard to find enamel touch-up paint for my wood burning stove. It turned out to be a brand that Joel's store didn't sell. He immediately was on the phone calling around the nation and put me in contact with someone from the correct company who is now fulfilling my hard to find order! It's customer service and kindness like this that makes one happy that family owned businesses still exist. I do happen to have relatives and clients in NJ that I will recommend The Fireplace Place to.
