  DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE! If I could give this location a zero, I would. The people that work there are not helpful and have no idea what they are doing. On the day my sofa was delivered, the delivery guys ripped the leather. It took me 6 months to get it fixed! SIX MONTHS! The only reason I was able to get the sofa fixed was because I stopped payment on it. Thank God I was financing it! Now, my couch is broken, and they are claiming I don't have a warranty even though I know I do. This place went out of business, but apparently they keep pristine records and know that I don't have the right warranty!? Do not shop here! Judging by the staff that works there, they will likely be out of business again...and very soon.

  I went to the Fairfield store recently and was amazed by all the new items. The showroom was filled with many beautiful styles for any room. So many sectionals with endless options. Sofas and accent pieces to accessories. Also,great quality and prices!
