  They are extremely nice when you go in to buy a couch, but then forget all about you after you order & pay for it. We were told the leather sectional we ordered would take 12 weeks. After 12 weeks passed, we went to the store to inquire, and they said that they were going to call that it would be delayed. They gave US an attitude when we were upset that they weren't communicating after paying for such an expensive couch. Now 17 weeks after, still waiting for our delivery. Signature Leather & their so called "delivery" company keep giving us the run-around. Claiming their "delivery" schedule receptionist is not at work, etc. We have to pursue them constantly, with no useful answers & attitude. I will not do business with them again, and I'll be sure to tell my friends (who are all buying new homes+furniture stages) not to go these people again.
