Needed to get my engagement ring (that was purchased elsewhere) resized down a half a size, and they did it right there on the spot. Took them only 20 minutes and they only charged $30, and the ring is perfect. Fast, cheap, excellent work, and very helpful staff. 5 stars without a doubt. :)
