- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 22, 2019, by Chris StaggI just called to get a price quote on my pool cover repair. I spoke with Samantha who was extremely rude and didn't want to be bothered. I asked if it was possible if I could send photos of the damage I need repaired in order to get an estimate. She then rudely replied "NO" and that was it. Unbelievable, no customer service at all!
